This post says "Administer the solution at a rate of 2 to 4 ml per pound (1 to 2 ml per kilo) of body weight per hour". Since a kilogram is a little more than two pounds, they have this exactly backwards. A rate of 2-4ml/lb/hr would be about 4-8ml/kg/hr. Assuming that the dosage per pound is correct. And if it is, using the conversion in the post for kilograms would result in seriously undertreating with fluids.
