The thundershirts also helped the 2 goofy ones during the fireworks drama out in our rural area on New Years and 4th of July.
I find they work best if you can put them on early -- BEFORE the fearful even occurs, if at all possible.View Thread

Could you have dropped one of your medication or vitamin pills on the floor or anyhting else she could have gotten ahold of? They are so low to the ground, it is amazing what they will pick up and eat!
Poms have super sensitive stomachs and it does not take much to make them sick. Dropped pills of any kind, bits oif cholcolate or onion or raisins, certain dropped leaves from houseplants and so forth can be fatal.
She could have eaten a weed in the yard or gotten overheated or too cold. I have 5 poms, a seriously 'pom proof' super safe home, floors, yard and even pet safe houseplants, and still on occasion, someone gets 'a mystery episode' such as you are describing. Usually a few days of a super bland diet of just plain boiled rice mixed with a high quality canned dog food ( wellness, solid gold, earthborn holistic) in super tiny amounts a few times a day will help settle the stomach. I would take her to the vet if she does not get better today. Good luck!! Poms are fabulous little dogs:)View Thread

To everyone here having trouble with Vectra, I've had zero side effects or problems using Frontline on all my super tiny pomeranians and Frontline Plus on our large outdoor dog. Not a flea or tick among them so far!
Vectra does not sound worth the risk, no matter how many bonus coupons are available, or how many vets promote it. Thank goodness for online feedback from real pet owners!View Thread
