Our 8 year old Weimaraner has been diagnosed as possible meningitis. He is on antibiotics, prednisone, and pain meds by our vet. Should be seeing a vet neurologist? What is the prognosis. I was glad to see this did not infectious to other dogs or people. What else do I need to know? He is not eating unless hand fed and then eating very slowly. His personality has changed and he has become a "cave dog." He wants to be in a small place. I've set up a portable dog crate for him.View Thread
