HELP: My 7 year old doxie is driving himself and me nuts. He has a skin issue on the top side base of his tail. It consists of tiny bumps that are greyish in color and ive noticed the hair is wearing away there also. Its about an area of 1 inch and now is getting whiteish bumps on the underside base of tail, almost near the anus. They don't seem painful to him just very itcy and annoying. I have put a hydocortaid cream on him and that seems to help for a little while but im afraid I could be making it worse. It has spread since we first noticed it. I see no kind of bug when I look at it. He also is not around any other animals of any kind. I would appreciate any help thanksView Thread
