Wow, so glad I read this. Our yorkie/pom mix is doing the same thing. I had a feeling it was something he ate. A couple of days ago he was chewing on a rawhide and the piece was dangerously small. I was trying to get it away from him by offering him a treat but he swallowed it. I was worried and hoped that he would pass it but now I think it is stuck. I am sure that's what's going on. He is doing all of the same things in your post as well as what other posts have said. If this continues tomorrow, I may have to take him to get an exray to see if this will pass through his bowels.
