How much is toxic to a 10lb dog? Im not talking about the inhaler, Im talking about the tubes that hold the albuterol sulfate solution for the machine. My tubes are the .83% and she may have ingested 1/2 ml. That was an hour ago and she is acting just fine. Her heart rate seems normal, she isnt panting, just being her normal self. Anything to worry about?View Thread
Thank you so much for your reply. My little stinker finally got her butt out of bed and is doing just fine. I guess she just wanted to worry her mom. We have done our best to puppy proof the house, but you know its almost impossible to put away everything. She once ate my chap stick. At least her breath smelled like cherry after that.
Hello Sanchez, Im so very sorry about the loss of your dog. I know the pain of losing a pet. I had a dog named Cookie who lived to be 20 yrs old. We had to put her to sleep a year ago. I cried all the time. I felt so much guilt, I kept telling myself that I could have been a better mom to her, I could have done more, could have given her more attention............., of course all of the things that I was feeling was normal. I guess when it comes to grief, we go through different stages.
I hate to tell you, the pain never goes away completely, but it does get better. Talking about it often can help, getting therapy can help also here is a place that I go to and post when Im feeling sad.
Hello everyone. I have a Terrier mix, she is about 14 months old, weighs 14 lbs. She eats EVERYTHING so we try to watch her very closely. Yesterday I gave her one hard boiled egg, pedigree dog food, 5 pieces of Nut-Tastics (peanut butter flavored dog treat) and Vital grass.
Last night she was VERY restless, which is very abnormal for her. She was also coughing/gagging/throwing up type of thing. This morning, she is laying in bed, which is also abnormal. Usually she is up running around and wanting to play ball.
I checked her gums and they are normal color. Would any of those foods that I gave her or the combo of those foods cause her to have tummy probs? Im very afraid of my dog getting a pancreatic.
