Well I had my first prenatal appt with my new doc today and overall all went well. I had the visit with the doc, blood work, and an ultrasound. I was a little disappointed during the ultrasound because it turns out I am not as far along as i thought I was. My LMP says I should be around 6-7 weeks but since my cycles are messed up and longer than the average cycle my gestational sac was only measuring me around 5 weeks. I have to go back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound and to get an accurate due date. Ugh, waiting.... it truly sucks.
How long does it usually take to get the results back from the blood work. I think my last M/C was hormonal so I would really like to know how I am doing this go around.View Thread
I am so excited. Things are going good so far. I will know more at my Doc appt on 2/13. Although last pregnancy I was already bleeding by this time and going in for lots of blood tests. No blood so far so I am thinking that everything is going great. I have my fingers crossed and i am praying hard that it does and for good news at my appt.
nordygirl33 - how is your pregnancy going. I was with you in TTC Clomid community for a little bit and was thrilled when you announced the pregnancy.
FrenchBulldogMom - I am glad we can be first time moms together. I am also sure we will be able to help each other as we go. When is you EDD.View Thread
I was just going through some of the posts and I am happy to see some of the women form the clomid community I recognize. May I say hello to you and it is good to see you again and be in the same community with you. View Thread
I am new to this board so I do not know much about your story but I hope you get good news. I will pray you can keep the bun in the oven as long as possible. Good luck and I will be praying for you.View Thread
I am proud to say I have finally graduated form the TTC Clomid community. I finally conceived on my own but only after 5 year trying, 1 M/C, and 3 rounds of clomid. I am happy to say that I can join the wonderful ladies in this chat room. I just found out I am preggo about 3 days ago. I should be roughly 5 weeks. I go to my first prenatal appt. on the 13th and I can not wait. I am starting this pregnancy with a new OBGYN and I am anxious to meet him. I have heard nothing but good things and I am glad I was able to schedule an appt. with him. Well I would appreciate any advice from the ladies on here and will also do my best to help others, however, I am not sure how much I can help since this is my first child. View Thread
