just wanted to chime in. had a healthy pregnancy, a molar pregnancy, a healthy pregnancy and four miscarriages. NO Explanation for any of them! am now 36 weeks pregnant. It will take time until your body is ready to carry again, both physically and emotionally. I agree about waiting a few months and then stopping with protection. For us, it happened when we werent trying and least expected it. And yes! ues these boards to vent and worry and cry. We have all (sadly) been thereView Thread
s/c -sigh. Diagnosed with PPD (yay), high blood pressure and GD. yikes. lots of BHC and RLP. oh. and ECP hah. poor DH doesnt know what to do with me... I keep telling him to take me out back and put two in my head.
Please, discuss this with your doctor. As a nurse (and a currently pregnant mother of two, with PLENTY of miscarriages under my belt) we learn what drugs cross the placenta and affect the embryo/fetus. Asprin is one of them. When the risks outweigh the benefits, then it's time to do something, but under NO circumstances should you take a medication (ESPECIALLY in the first trimester) without a doctors knowledge and approval.View Thread
Alright. I am 20w as of yesterday and have not felt baby move. At all. This is the 3rd pregnancy I have carried this far and have another sono appointment on Friday. That's the fifth sono. Baby was somewhat inactive last time and I am heavy so I know that has an effect on how much/little I feel him/her move. I can't help but freak out though. And I KNOW that most ladies dont feel their baby until about now anyway... but... nothing. No flutters. No "feels like gas but could be baby..." I know what I am feeling for. Tried juice test but 5 y/o started acting up when I tried to relax and all. Ugh. Dont want to call doc if it's just me freaking out... but dont want to wonder either...View Thread
I too am sorry for your loss. I experienced a molar pregnancy and there was no heartbeat and for YEARS i hated anyone who told me "there never was a baby to being with" or "well at least there was no heartbeat so it isn't as bad as..." NO. Once i POAS and got a positive test, it counted. The pain never really goes away, just learn to cope with it. I dont know how to deal with the waiting as I have never had to wait, and I am sorry that you are having difficulty conceiving, but stay positive. it will happen when you least expect it. and... i learned this through these boards.. you are NEVER alone.View Thread
Hi.. been trolling on the board for a bit now.. so.. I am Lauren. 30 y/o with quite a history. have a DD (9) then a molar pregnancy (2005). Then a DS (5) and a miscarriage at 14w5d (2008). Then earlier this year, a m/c at about 8 weeks. Now am 15 weeks and so far.. everything is going smoothly. Lots of u/s to make sure we still have a heartbeat and a growing baby... so far so good.
