My Story:
Started Trying to conceive our first in Oct 08, We got great news in May 09 only to have a find out we had a missed M/C in June at 10wks. We went for the U/S and there was no heartbeat - it was the worst day of my life - I had to have a D&C the next day.

Finally got in to see the RE in Dec 2010, all tests show no issues. Diagnosis of unexplained infertility :( Decided to try IUI.

IUI 1 - Feb 100mg Clomid, 4 follies on the right, 18,17,17,14, 8mm lining. BFN
IUI 2 - Mar 100mg Clomid 5 follies, 24,22,22, 18,18, 8mm lining - cancelled due to over response
IUI 2 - Apr cancelled due to cyst on CD3 u/s
IUI 2 - May 5mg Letrozole, 3 follies on right 16, 17, 17mm, 11mm lining, 19.1 million post-wash, 95% motility - BFN
IUI 3 - June 5mg Letrozole, 2 follies on left 24 & 17mm, 10mm lining, 23.3 million post-wash, 90% motility - BFN

RE recommended IVF with ICSI

Sep11 - Start Suprefract (Lupron) CD 21
IVF1 - Er 6Oct - 15 embies, 12 mature.
8 ICSI, 4 regular,
Grading scale 1- 20, 20 being rare, avg is 16-17
Grades: 3*19, 4*18, 1*17, 1*16, 3*15
Day 3 - 8 Embies still going strong (3*19, 2*18, 1*17, 1*15)

Day 3 - ET of 2 grade 19 - 9October (Thanksgiving!) ,
4 frozen at 5dt (2*18, 1*17, 1*15)

Beta: 21Oct

POAS update: 16Oct - faint BFP (7dp3dt). 1st Beta: 73 (12dpo), 2nd Beta: 265 (15dpo), 3rd Beta: 891 (18dpo) .


7weeks u/s one baby, one beautiful heartbeat! EDD 28June2012.
