Hello, Im currently in my 25th week and this is my first pregnancy. I have been doing alot of walking and I try to stretch everyday but for some reason I have alot of pain/pressure/soreness below the waist (if you know what I mean) especially after I have been laying down for a while and in the monring when I get up. Is this something that is common? and if so what can I do to help relieve this discomfort? I do feel a little discomfort when I walk.
