The other day, at work, I started to eat my soup from home and it just turned me off, so I settled for my grapes and the Pop Tarts in the drawer of my desk. Yesterday, I didn't eat much of my lunch, but was starving when I got home so had a little snack. 6:00 rolls around, waiting for hubby to get home so we can grill, and I'm starving. Hubby gets home and by the time we are ready to start supper I just don't really want to eat but know I have to. We have grilled cheese, and before I can finish the 2nd sandwich, I start to get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and make hubby finish it. Then this morning, I was packing my lunch and I wanted to puke at the thought of all my options (I have NOT puked at all, yet), so I settled for yogurt and applesauce. Now I'm eating my lunch. I ate the yogurt but didn't want the applesauce so settled for Pop Tarts again. I know food cravings and aversions are normal, but is this? I bought broccoli at the store last week, haven't had a chance to eat any yet, and now I don't want any. Maybe I'm just crazy! View Thread
