Sex is safe unless your doc says no.
My OB told me a little wine once in a while is ok, but I had trouble getting pregnant and had 3 miscarraiges before my son, so I stayed away from it all together.
You could ask your doc or your physical therapist about physical therapy. It all depends on how rigorous the exercises are.View Thread

It took my hubby and me 2.5 years to have one child. I ended up needing Clomid. Its a pill you take a few days during the month. It's simple and cheap. After I started the hormones, it took us 7 months to conceive.
I am actually going back on it in a month to try for number 2.View Thread

My last trimester I was told to eat whatever I could because I hadn't gained any weight at all, but had a huge belly. My son ate about 20 pounds off me. I left the hospital weighing less than I was before I got pregnant. Anyway, my point is that everyone is different, and if you are really concerned then ask your doctor. But a couple pounds is ok. Your baby is growing slowly right now. The last trimester is when they get real big and where you should see the most change. you couln't even tell i was pregnant until i was almost 6 months.View Thread
