the pain comes and doesn't stay constant. I have a doc appt Friday so hopefully all the walking is working. When my back is hurting I go get in the tub and put a towel behind my head for comfy ness. If you can try to massage your back or rub it under water. That helps me. And get a good book or something and stay in there for a hr. this will relax all your muscles. I usually do this befor bed it helps me sleep good also. A heating pad can help also I use that when I don't get in the tub. Hopefully we get to see our lo soon! What are you having?View Thread
