Hello, my name is Amber, I'm around 19 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and have been experiencing pain and slight swelling on the lower left side of my abdomen. I'm not really sure if it's a tearing, achey, or sharp pain- sometimes it feels like all of the above, sometimes it feels almost numb. I believe it might be in the area where my previous uterine incision is(c-section was due to baby's heart rate not maternal complication). The pain gets worse upon standing, using my stomach muscles and lying on that side. I've read a lot of things saying pain during subsequent pregnancies following c-section can be normal due to stretching, should I ignore this?View Thread
