I usually stray away from alcohol and breastfeeding. I would recommend asking a professional though, as your mind will be more at peace. If you can't get to your doctor, definitely ask your question here http://bit.ly/ZLIX2U You should get a pretty quick response for freeView Thread

Hi Hbeth17...your best bet is you ask a real doctor. I 've been looking for a great website where I can get help from medical professionals and I came across HealthTap: https://www.healthtap.com/#how_it_works/for_members it allows you to ask questions for free to real doctors. This isn't some generic question and answer website... it personalizes your questions by asking your age, current conditions, and medications. I've been asking questions for a while now, and I highly recommend this if you're looking for fast and reliable answers on health issues like parenting, pregnancy, and more!View Thread

Yes, I agree with tlkittycat: wait a few days before testing again. Try and relax in those next few days too and try not to get too overwhelmed - but mainly, consult a doctor. If you are pregnant, you're bound to have question after question. I suggest you keep coming to these amazing discussion forums, and subscribe to some blogs. I enjoy this one blog, and the article earlier today was something useful for those of us who are pregnant (or not). Basically you can consult a doctor (my vote) without actually having to make an appointment. Read more: http://bit.ly/135rGq8View Thread

Hmm, I think this is probably normal - pregnancy alters our bodies so much! You mentioned you're not able to see your doctor until March 15th! Yikes. If you want to ask a doctor (free) before actually seeing your doctor, I was reading this blog that featured an interesting app: http://bit.ly/135rGq8 Hope that helps!View Thread

Maybe try some aromatherapy? taking a warm bath before sleeping and listening to calming music always works for me. Also, no electronics one hour before you go to bed!View Thread
