Some women don't excrete enough of the pregnancy hormone in their urine to show on a pregnancy test. Don't know why.
Also, it's possible you didn't ovulate and usually no ovulation means no period. It's common and will happen to most women during their reproductive years. Just because it's never happened to you before doesn't mean it can't/won't.View Thread
