I went for my 15 week visit to my obgyn last week and she said that I am good to get my tdap and flu shot anytime. I went today at 16 weeks and 2 days and the nurse at the rite aid store told me they usually wait til 20 weeks to give pregnant women the tdap vaccine. She went ahead and gave it to me and then once it was over i panicked. I thought well why did she say anything at all if she was going to give it to me? Is this safe? I know my doctor told me to go and get it, especially since i live in WA state where it is an epidemic. I guess the nurse made me scared and I want to make sure my baby is safe!View Thread
