I've also been very tired at times, but have heard that it will pass. I found that a little exercise helped me get back some energy (even though I was reluctant to start it b/c I was tired!) Yoga seems to help me.
A good tip is probably to pounce in those moments when you do have the energy.
And remember, a wedding is just one day. Don't get too caught up in the fussy details, the biggest detail is that you love and support eachother and want to be together.View Thread

As an aside, I did call my doctor and she said I could have GasX. Not sure if that holds true for everyone, but figured I'd let you know.
I think I'll put this in the tip section

I read that hot water with lemon would help, but I didn't have any lemons at the house. I'm hoping anything with acidity will cut through the air.
I'll let you know if it works...View Thread

This morning I didn't look pregnant, but by this afternoon my tummy has swollen to 4-month range!
I just posted a discussion topic about it ... but maybe you're having the same problem as me? I'm 9-10wks, and haven't really gained weight - just gas!View Thread

Not so much tooting, but I'm having a terrible time with gas in the last week (I'm betwen 9&10wks). My stomach has become painfully swollen almost everyday.
I can't figure out what food makes it better or worse, b/c it seems like nothing is good.
I've tried hot (decaf) tea, which helped prior to pregnancy, but to no avail.
Any tips or suggestions? I'd welcome ANYTHING
