I had my gender reveal at about 17/18 weeks and it was very clear.
I understand what you mean about starving all the time. I HATED that!!!! To this day, eating has been my biggest and most difficult challenge. I'm tired of eating! I've gained over 35lbs so far

One thing that helped at your stage of pregnancy was drinking enough water. I wasn't drinking 8 cups a day back then and my body reacted as if it was hungry, but it was really craving water. The same day I drank 8 cups, I didn't have to wake up in the middle of the night to eat.
Now, I find that drinking a cup of milk before bed really helps and I don't have to wake up in the middle of the night to eat either.View Thread

Do you think it's from the excitement of being pregnant? If so, you should be able to sleep soon once the initial emotions wear off and you are used to the fact that you're pregnant.
Congratulations!!! This is my first pregnancy too, but I'm lurking from the 3rd tri. My sleep is disturbed every hour to hour and a half for one reason or another.View Thread

CONGRATULATIONS!!! You found out just as early as I did...lol.View Thread

I try to drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day, but I only make it to about 6 glasses. I agree with the previous post though.
As far as sleep goes, maybe you can try white noise, low music, reading before sleep...every situation is different and knowing the reason you're not able to sleep plays a significant role on finding a solution.
I hope you have a happy & healthy pregnancy and baby.View Thread

You did right by calling the doctor. Most likely everything is ok.
Congrats!!!View Thread

The dr prescribed it because the metronidazole made me nauseous.
I have the 3 day suppositories.
At $40 I would expect no side effects....but that's just wishing.View Thread

I'm 13 weeks today and I feel like I'm getting closer to feeling closer to the baby and getting that Ah ha moment that, "wow...my baby is in there!"
I think I'll be there when I start to feel the baby kick.View Thread
