Just an idea to help ease nausea: spearmint tea. I knew it as Yerba Buena when I was growing up and my mom would make it for me when I had an upset stomach. When I had major morning sickness with DD, I drank it and it definitely eased my nausea.View Thread
I had bad constipation while on pain meds after my 2nd c-section (I once sat on the toilet for an hour trying to go and nothing). We had some prune juice from when DS was constipated so I had a 4 oz can of that. About two hours later, it kicked in and you talk about relief.View Thread
