My dr. had mentioned a "patch" once, it goes behind the ear. I never got it because my insurance didn't pay for it. But she might ask her OB about that.
Just an fyi ... I have a co-worker who from beginning to end of preganancy went every weekend for iv fluids... just as a routine, because she was soooo sick... it stinks, but not any different than like routine allergy shots...View Thread
I just asked my OB this on my last visit... she said that is not good to sleep on your back (flat on your back), and if you notice that you have moved to that position, move back to your side. It puts the weight of the baby on your back and pressure on some nerve she mentioned.
It stinks, because since becoming prego, I am more comfortable sleeping on my back, go figure... ;o)View Thread
okay, so I was a big beautiful woman prior to pregnancy, so typical bad eating habits were normal for me... however since becoming prego... I LOVE FRUIT AND SALAD(w/ranch dressing)! I have always loved milk as well, but now I can just chug glass after glass if I don't stop myself.... and I know its not good to eat a whole lot of cold cuts, so i limit myself quite a bit... but I love Jimmy John's sub sandwiches! i wouldn't say i "crave" anything... just really like eating those particular things....View Thread
here we have a store called "Once Upon a Child" that I absolutey love! they sell gently used baby and kids items, anything from clothes to cribs. They are very reasonable and inexpensive. Also we have several Goodwill and Salvation Army stores that I am always checking for deals. and YES! get WIC now! in our state you get WIC up until the child is 5yo. (income qualified) Hang in there girlie... it will all work out for you and your baby!View Thread
