Sorry to hear of your loss and the worry that you're experiencing now with this pregnancy. It's hard to get used to feeling good after having symptoms fade.
If it helps, I found where a member asked how often she should feel the baby move and our expert replied, "Early in your pregnancy, you may just feel a few flutters every now and then. But as your baby grows -- usually by the end of the second trimester -- the kicks should grow stronger and more frequent."

According to WebMD, "When you're pregnant, the safest time to travel is during your second trimester (18 to 24 weeks), when your risks for miscarriage and preterm labor are lowest. During your third trimester, it's best to stay within 300 miles of home, in case of sudden changes that need medical attention."

Sorry to hear your back pain has been so bad. I know I dealt with a lot of back pain with my pregnancies, but I was pretty overweight and that takes a big toll on your body.
This article on treating pregnancy discomforts has some good tips that may help the back pain. You might try wearing a pregnancy girdle for back support, or getting fitted for some good shoes. Shoes can make all the difference sometimes.

For your fatigue, you might try switching some things up in your diet to help out. Eating too little causes fatigue, but eating the wrong foods can also be a problem.
As hard as it may be to do sometimes, you should always try to eat breakfast and try to include protein and complex carbs in every meal. For example, eat eggs with whole-grain toast. Also eat meals and snacks throughout the day for sustained energy.
