What exactly is it?
If it's the condition where the intestines formed outside of the baby's body, the baby can make it. I've had 2 friends with babies born where their intestines were outside the body and they did surgery to put them back inside. It's tough in the beginning, but both babies made it and are now perfectly fine. One is 8 the other is 5.View Thread

I just can't wait to meet this lil man. I love being pregnant and never wish these 9 months away, but I really want to see his face and cuddle. I want to see how the big brothers will be around him. I'm just so excited and so in love!

How are you doing? And your lil bundle??

Long story short, went to the doctor and it was normal. I felt fine. She can only guess by my symptoms that baby was compressing my aorta which was making my heart work harder and faster which makes your BP go up.
Next time that happens I'm supposed to move around, lay on left side, do whatever I can to get him to move.
I'm also STILL measuring 6 weeks ahead on my fundal height. Now at 21 weeks I'm measuring 27. Baby is spot on for 21 weeks, it's just my uterus is jumping the gun a bit.

They're normal and actually start happening between 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. It's just you can't feel them yet. If you have any pain or spotting/bleeding with them, call your doctor. If they are pretty frequent and bother you, sit/lay down, relax, and drink lots of water.View ThreadSee Related Pregnancy Communities
