I had an ultrasound at 18 weeks and it said I'm having a boy. Then had another ultrasound at 22 weeks and they checked again and there wasn't any way to mistake it as anything other than a boy. So I would wait for your next ultasound and have the tech check again for the gender.
Before I found out that i'm having a boy I bought clothes for both boys and girls and some that weren't gender spacific. I figured that what ever gender I wasn't having I would either keep for later so i'd have something or give it to friends/family who are having a baby.View Thread
My doctor told me the best medicine for swollen feet and ankles is a swimming pool. Since the pool opened at my apartment complex I have been going to the pool nearly every day. It's also nice to relax in a cool pool on a very hot day. This heat kills me if I can't stay cool.
It has done wonders for my swollen ankles and aching body. Not to mention a little weight loss. The past few weeks i've fallen a couple of times and going to the pool has helped soothe my sore muscles and joints from the falls and has helped me heal faster by taking the extra weight off my joints. It also helps calm the baby. My little guy moves around like crazy and it rocks him to sleep.
So go and relax in a pool and get some much needed relief from swollen feet and ankles.View Thread
Go and relax in the swimming pool. For me it's been the best medicine and it's helped soooo much with back pain, etc. It takes the weight off your joints giving you relief. Relaxing in the pool has been the best advice my doctor has given me!View Thread
I weighed the same as you prepregnacy and I was told to only gain 11-20 lbs. I had gained aprox. 5 lbs but i've lost that due to the amount of time I spend in the swimming pool.
My doctor said that the pool is the best way to help with pregnancy swelling besides support stockings. With this heat the pool has been cool and relaxing and it does more than just help with the swelling, it helps with muscle aches and back pains. Since you feel weightless in the pool it takes the extra weight off your joints. It's the best exercise you can get while pregnant.View Thread
I wish we did have someone. My bf isn't close to his family and they don't live very close. I don't have many friends close by that know ASL so that doesn't help me either. That's why I called to see if Medicaid could provide an interpreter. It's just frustrating.View Thread
