PINK TEAM! Sydney Addalyn! :)
Love my FAMILY
Oh I so know what you are ging thru with, I am 28weeks and my 3rd LO as well, my Dr. prescribed me phsyical therapy at the on slot of this pain, stating it would only get worse, I have been going to physical therapy twice a week for over 7 weeks now, and it tames the pain for a day or two enought for me to get some relief during the week. They showed me exercises to do, and they gave me a brace. I dont ever take anything for it, just manage it I guess. I would say that is an option. Heat helps too, PT always applies heat the last 15 min of my session.
Hope it gets better or you can get some type of relief until you have your LO
Good luck!View Thread

As far as the PT, I just informed my dr of my horrible pain in my back, and she sated that if it hurt that bad now it would only get worse and that she would prescribe me PT.
I do know being in water helps tons. I totaled a car when I was 9 months preg with my 2 child. (both me and my lil girl were perfect, I had one small bruise on my leg, and bruised tailbone thats it!! Accident 6/6/05, due date 6/28/05, arrived 7/10/05 lol)
My dr wanted me in a hot tub for 5 min and a pool for 10 and just keep switching for an hour or two and it helped so much.
Good luck I completely understand about the sleeping thing and the sparatic intense pains.View Thread
