I feel your pain. I too get so constipated... the longest I went was 9 days and if I did nothing I would probably go longer. This is my third pregnancy and it happens every time although I must say this time is the worse it's ever been. Gross prune juice works for me but I have to gulp down literally about 1/2 a gallon all at once so needless to say I don't do this often. The only thing that works for me is an enema, Sounds bad but it's quick relief.. you'll go in less than 5 min after taking the enema and trust me feel like a million bucks instantly. I have my husband administer, we just follow the directions and wait 2 mins then instant relief. It doesn't hurt it's just an uncomfortable feeling but like I said does the trick in 2 min. I'm actually going to take one tonight then start taking Colace daily and see if this helps if not I'll be back to taking an enema 2x a week.View Thread
