Is it emotional eating? Worry over adding the fifth? Frustration? If it is true hunger-then is it the choices you are making? I know with a bunch of kids at home it is hard to make those healthy choices-but on the other hand-it can help. Make it a practice to eat how you want those other children to eat as grown ups. Remember just like they learn all other habits from your example-eating is no exception. They may get more leeway with calories and snacking but once over age 2 they generally should be eating the same diet as adults. Call your doctor and ask if they tested for protein in your urine or ketones. Cloudy urine CAN just be normal vaginal discharge during pregnancy-but it can also signal things like protein spilling or gestational diabetes.
