no it's that you want to sleep on your left side. if you sleep on your back you can cut off blood flow to the baby, there is a vein your back that can become compressed by the weight of the baby. they usually tell you in the hospital that it is better for you to lay on your side because of the oxygen/blood flow is better.View Thread
