I too have been having horrific and disturbing dreams...everything from my significant other cheating on me to witnessing horror movie slasher gore to seeing random people I know and odd events.SO vivid which pre- pregnancy I almost never remembered my dreams, I think it's a combination of subliminal fears and hormones. It doesn't help though, I know. Hang in there...I just keep hoping it will go away when the baby comes.
I am 37 weeks and have not had ANY down there exams either. I did have the Step B test done but am getting the same thing...a measure of the belly, any concerns and a listen to the heart...literally 10 min in and out at the midwife. (I thought it might be because I was on state insurance) Hope this is a reassurance that its not just you. I was also surprised that my next visit wouldn't be again till 38 weeks. Maybe no news is good news?? Hang in there and keep your head up...we're almost done with our journey!View Thread
Hi, I had enough contractions last night to call the midwife but they hadn't yet gotten progressively worse so we agreed to hold off going to the hospital. After being on complete bed rest they are now coming just a few an hour but as soon as I am up and active I can feel the contractions coming on and my uterus cramping. My question is this...can you be in stage one labor and have it degress slightly or might it just be a lot of BH? This happened once before but luckily it was too early and nothing came of it (two mo ago).. at this point we'd just have her even though she'd be a little early.

I would definitely talk to your doc. just to be sure. Glad you could reach out to others that's what were here for!! We will keep you in our thoughts for a happy healthy rest of your pregnancy!!!
I too have had strange days like that where I feel barfy and out of sorts for no reason..almost like I am coming down with the flu but never do....even at 35 weeks there are still days like that. Hang in there!!! This one is kicking the crap outta me, sometimes like she is beating me up from the inside. This never happened with my son. It ceases to amaze me how different pregnancies can be. We had our second round of almost enough cramps to go in but luckily Charlie stayed in my belly!!! That puts us at 35weeks today. I have had on and off cramping since Friday and really thought she was on her way. All has been calm since yesterday (knock on wood!) Her EDD is Halloween! We are so ready to have her here with us and hold her!!!! JUST 5 MORE WEEKS!!!!
