I wouldn't worry about that! I know the exact day I got pregnant too and I'm measuring big, they had to do another u/s to check on his weight. They told me they have to have a "normal" range but if you're above or below that it's ok as long as the baby is healthy!View Thread
HAHA I know my mom has apparently bought something that is extremely boy-specific and she keeps saying, "he's definitely a boy right?!" I can tell by your belly in your avatar picture that it's a girl though!View Thread
This is my first but I'm sure I'll have the fear of neglect with the 2nd!!!
I'm so glad someone else has the toilet fear!!! I feel so silly for it.
I haven't heard anything about shaking yet but knowing myself I'll be so dang careful with him shaking/holding him weirdly won't even cross my mind!!! Although I do worry about bumps in the road shaking him in the womb!View Thread
Hang in there!!!! I have had baby brain pretty much the whole time except for during the 2nd tri when I was feeling great and was more focused on my new job and those horrible stresses that came with. Now I have a week and a half left before I go on maternity leave so I've completely shut down. (I'm on the WebMD message boards at 3:07!) The nursery is almost 100% done except for the curtains being hung so I'm officially ready but I still can't think of anything else : ) I am soooooooooo worried about the delivery and starting to get super nervous. Is this your first? If not, how was your delivery? You may feel crazy now but it'll be sooooo worth it in a couple weeks!!!View Thread
...I know I have plenty. For instance, everytime I'm on the toilet I'm scared my baby will just fall out - especailly if I'm doing number 2 : ) I know that's crazy - my husband tells me to just keep flushing so the baby will fall into a clean toilet - he's obviously messing with me. But what irrational fears do y'all have?View Thread
I feel your pain - literally! I had them before I got pregnant and it seems like they're worse now. I think mine have a lot to do with being tired and how active I was during the day. When I get home I tend to crash right away. My husband and I are going to start walking when we get home and I'm crossing my fingers that this will not only help with rl but also with the soreness. Have you husband rub your legs too : ) It's a good excuse to be pampered! Hope you find something that works and if you do pass it on!!!View Thread
At home I definitely go for comfort, at work I go for professional comfort - thank goodness for "handmedowns" from my step-sister!! On the weekends though I usually opt for my skinny capris (they make me feel a little stylish), a tank and some kind of not tight but fitted top. With it starting to get warmer I've been looking for more summery dresses to wear but I don't want to spend a lot on them - especially since I'm already 37 weeks!View Thread
Thanks everyone!! That's what I kept telling my husband, 1) they're hereditary and 2) creams don't work. But to prove it to him I started using it and it hasn't really helped. But I'll keep using it since I bought it and maybe they'll go away on their own. That or I'll be right for once ; )View Thread
