Amanda and Maylene Quenn or Addysin Quenn 32 weeks 4 days W/G: 14 lbs
s/c: a lot of discomfort, cramping. shes flipping around still, cant figure out if im contracting little by little or if its just bad cramping. either way it hurts. still some back pain, almost positive its a nerve and nothing to do with my muscles. urinating like crazy, sleeping is getting harder and harder which is taking a toll on me working more than 40 hours a week
other: just trying to get my husband to get real excited about this, its his first so im just assuming he is not really sure how to feel, hes just probably scared about being a dad. he surprised me with the crib set up this week which was sweet, i really appreciated it bc he wanted to do it together and with me being huge i just didnt want to. my son (3 yrs old) has finally started to realize whats going on, he will poke my stomach and say "theres a baby in there" and look at the crib and say "babies room" so im not sure if hes just talking or if he REALLY realizes whats going on. my baby shower is this sunday, im so excited for it, i planned it all myself and alot of hard work has gone into it. other than that im just looking into getting my tubes tied but my doc is saying im too young to do so, not too sure what to do now. BC has never been a good area for me. always causes problems.
next d/a: 10/30 due date: 12/08/2012 (hopefully earlier)View Thread
yes my fees are due before the labor, and i asked him about checking on the position ad such, he said since im measuring 31.5 inches on my belly and im 32 weeks....he thinks im ok and there is no need for an ultrasound. he also repeated the fact that the earlier the due date is given the more accurate it is. im not sure...my insurance isnt exactly the best when it comes $ and im strapped for cash with a 3 yr old, a husband and bills. this doctor confuses me so much but i am so far along idk if i really want to pay another fee to another doctor and only get to know him for the few weeks i have until labor. im just very confused and unhappy right now View Thread
ok so ive been very kind of....nice with my doctor. hes not very straight forward, talking to him is kind of like talking to myself. so basically when i found out i was pregnant my levels were SO off he actually thought i miscarried so i was ordered to do an ultrasound. of course i was pregnant, and so we determined the due date Dec. 8th. well when i went in at 21wks to find out the sex, i got a due date of Dec. 19th from the ultrasound tech. i didnt really say much, but everytime i go in my doctor is asking ME what my due date is, like he cant remember, and its annoying, well i was thinking i was going to get another US to confirm my due date and to check the babies weight. at my last appointment i was told i was not going to get another US, and that i basically had to kinda guess. i mean something seems wrong here, i want to know what to expect weight wise, also what position she is in, and i want to confirm a due date since i wasnt sure of my last period and got 2 different due dates. if my levels werent so low i wouldnt have even gotten the 1st ultrasound so early so im just confused. do i demand an ultrasound and just pay for it myself? im too far along to change doctors at this point not to mention they waited until i was 7.5 months to tell me i had to pay a 300$ delivery fee i didnt know i had. between that and throwing my own baby shower im just stressed and needing some second opinions. i know my hormones are kind of out of wack so anything would be helpful. i dont want to go into my next appointment monday and start being a little more firm when hes doing the right thing. i was also told by someone that they usually just stick with the original due date because its "more accurate" but if i wasnt sure of my last period and hes never in the room when US are preformed to confirm a date....then how accurate can it be. not to mention with my 1st child my due date was changed 4 times. PLEASE HELP.View Thread
yea ive been thinking of leaving work but its peak season here and ill get in trouble if i leave. i think im going to get checked after work i suppose. my doctor is on vacation and the office closes by the time im off work.View Thread
ok so it started out with pain/pressure in my pelvic area. getting hard and painful to walk and push when i urinate, but for the past few days ive had a watery leakage/discharge i really cant tell what it is but when i look in my underwear its not a color it looks like just liquid. this is my 2nd pregnancy but with my 1st my water "broke" in the middle of the night, it was only a smaaaallll bit, and thats what scares me. the leakage/liquid has been ona nd off for a few days some times its a good amount sometimes it is barely noticeable. im just trying to figure out if anyones experienced this and its normal or if it sounds like i need to be checked. im carrying small and im 31w, so im also being told the pain could be the weight of the babyView Thread
s/c: feeling"full" like theres not enough room in my stomach for this little girl, moody, a lot of back pain, my doctor put me on flexerill but it isnt helping much. urinating a ton, its really annoying me since my job has limited bathroom breaks, and its disrupting the sleep i do get.
other: besides that im just wanting a 3rd ultrasound to check on babies weight sooner to EDD and also to see position but i think i may have to pay full price for it since ive had 2 already since they didnt think i was pregnant at first due to very low levels.
so i just recently changed my baby girls name from Maylene Sue Ellen to Addisyn Quenn. im very excited for this change because i was not a big fan of the name my husband originally had picked out (maylene) so just wondering what everyone else is naming there little babies View Thread
