As long as your doctor hasn't said otherwise, you can continue to have sex right up to your water breaking. The tightening in the belly is the uterus contracting from the orgasm but don't worry, if the baby isn't ready to come out, he won't.View Thread
I would be iffy about letting him go. I used to work with a woman whose doctor on a Tuesday said she had at least another week and she ended up starting labor Thursday and having the baby Friday morning. Your baby can come at any time.View Thread
I embraced my weight gain because I was thrilled to be pregnant both times. With my DD, I only gained 10 lbs and two weeks after she was born, I weighed 9 lbs less than my pre-pregnancy weight. Gained it back though.
Yes, it's very rude to comment on a pregnant worman's weight gain whether you think she's gained too much or not enough.
I've never posed nude and not sure if I would have when pregnant. I have a scar from my two c-sections and my myomectomy. I don't care it's there but not sure if I'd want anyone else to see it.View Thread
I know better than to ask questions like that. A friend of mine was pregnant and was posting belly pics on Facebook. She's tiny, 4'10" , so you can only imagine how big she looked. The last pic she posted was at 38 weeks and even though I was wondering how she didn't tip over, I knew better than to ask that. She ended up going past her due date and had to be induced yesterday.View Thread
DS was to be a scheduled c-section on Wednesday for medical reasons. We went to our state fair Sunday and walked around all day. Mind you I was 38 weeks along. We got home around 10:30p and got to bed around 11p. I woke up at 12a with my water leaking. Since I knew my doctor didn't want me going into labor, I woke my husband and told him "We need to go to the hospital. I think my water's leaking." He gave me a blank look and I repeated what I said and he finally understood. On the way to the hospital, he said he'd thought I was telling him I had to go to the bathroom.View Thread
