Sorry ladies, I know I've been complaining a lot lately but I can't help feeling sorry for myself. I'm 41 weeks pg and nothing is going right.
#1 I'm angry at this board because I've been here since TTC and just when I'm due - everyone leaves. When I post my birth story there will be none of the originals left to know who I am and that makes me feel sad. I got to see everyone else's stories and now I'm the last one.
#2 I'm overdue and it's making me grouchy. I wanted a February baby... the only other day that had me excited was 03/03 (today) but that didnt' happen either. I just want this baby out of me.
#3 I started a baby pool and now I don't know what to do. Everyone put in $1/guess on when I'd have the baby. I have a $50 pot to give away but the last guess was for today.... should I just give her the $$ even though I may not have this baby for another week? Should I call everyone and ask if they want to vote again since they all lost?? I don't know.
#4 I can't sleep. I can't breathe. I can't eat. I feel like some sort of gross animal being "fattened up" in a cage somewhere. I am DONE with being pregnant already.View Thread
Gigi - I don't think we'll pick a definite name but I'd like to have my top 2 names picked to go to the hospital with... Just to narrow it down a bit We both like to look at the baby (like you said) and see what he/she looks like before we pick one! I also have my boy's name picked already!
Tamliz08 - I have debated the spelling of Brinley a million times!! Brynnlee, Brinlea, Brinley. I too love the nick name Brynn and my DH isn't sold on it either!! LOL
Kristy - I agree with you on not having two "a" sounds at the end.... The only reason I'm using Dawn or Laura is because I have a hard enough time finding a first name this time!! I decided I'd use my middle name or my Grandma's name which ever sounds better - just so I don't have to think of a middle name too!!View Thread
I'm sorry that's happening to you Tianne. It sucks a lot. I can't give you any advice because I don't understand how the U.S. government stuff works but I know you are not alone. So many girls over the past few months have been hit with obstacles blocking their paid time from work that it makes me sick! I think you should all start seriously lobbying your government to take better care of the new mom's and newborns out there. It seems like your employers don't take care of you at all. I hope it all works out in the end. Good luck!!View Thread
