My Story:

My name is Marsha, I am 26 yr old (will be 27 on March 10th!). I've been married to my hubby for 2 years, he's a bit older (38), but we've been together for 8 yrs. He's the love of my life and my true soul mate! We have two furbabies, both cats. Isabella who is somwhere around 10-11 yr old and Luna who just turned 1 yr! We had discussed having children but DH was not a huge fan of the idea. So in order to sort of prepare ourselves for parent hood I had planned on getting our first puppy this past summer! I had everything ready for her to come home, the crate, toys, bowls etc. I even had the appointment with the breeder to go pick her out. Well we came back from vacation the weekend before I was to go get my new puppy and I realized I was about 3 weeks late for my MP. So I took a test and it was POSITIVE! Actually I took 3 tests just to be sure, hehe. DH about threw up and I almost passed out from pure shock. I had not been on BC but and we used protection but not all the time. It took us several weeks to come to terms with the fact that we were going to have a baby. Obviously because of this news I had to cancel my appointment with the breeder! I was sooo upset because I had been waiting for a puppy for soooo long! But I knew there was not enough room in our home for 2 cats, a puppy and a baby. So I will have to wait. But I am so happy now that we are drawing closer to our baby girls due date, I can't wait to meet her and see what she looks like! McKenzie Lynn is due on April 9th, 2010!
