I am currently 6 months pregnant and never thought managing diabetes and pregnancy would be so difficult. I get so upset when my sugars get above 200 after eating something healthy or when there isn't a reason for them to be. I don't eat fruits, breaded items, items with large amounts of sugar (cereal), or a large amount of carbs. I have great days with my sugars and I have terrible days/streaks. It seems I am constantly adjusting my insulin levels. Has anyone else had these dramatic changes in sugar levels resulting in almost weekly insulin adjustments? I get so upset.. and extremely scared my child is being harmed. I need support fellow diabetics!!!!View Thread
