I don't know how a urologist can help either. But if the cost aren't too high why not try one visit.
In cases like this I suspect that it depends more on the specific knowledge and experience of the individual doctor than on their specialty.

My Gleason is 3 3 or 6. Not sure how to read that.
The Gleason is a measurement of how disorganized or "cancer" like the cells are. A 3 is the lowest reading that is considered cancer. The two numbers are because the report indicate the most common pattern (the first number) and the 2nd number is the 2nd most common pattern.
