I can emphasize with everyone! I have avoided sugar, and more sugar! I have Taken Omega 3' big time and COQ 10, and use NONA, (at wholefoods), it tastes terrible, but there are so many minerals and other, it is amazing. I MUST walk at least 1 mile a day, more like 2! Hug a teddy bear and allow your self a good nap. Most of all, pray without ceasing. DonnaView Thread
I am so glad I found this site. I was diagnosed with RA this week, after a very difficult year! I thought I was going crazy, due to the rapid symptoms especially the last 5 months. After blood work, the issue is discovered. Symptoms started in my feet, then shoulder area, itchy arms, hand swelling and painful! I am tired more so than usual, irritable, and have to use pain meds or jump off the roof! I am to start taking the metho. I am scared, and very humbled, As the thought of loosing any hair is really a bummer! I use great nutritional products and folic daily (b vitamins, right?). My hubby knows alot about nutrients and all the natural remedys one could ever imagine. He thinks the 'natural' way to treat RA is by healthy foods, and plenty of anti-oxidants, etc. I wish it were that easy! He means well, but he has not walked in my shoes. I suppose I talked myself right into starting the medications... Any 'starting words!' Is this medication a forever thing?
