I can emphasize with everyone! I have avoided sugar, and more sugar! I have Taken Omega 3' big time and COQ 10, and use NONA, (at wholefoods), it tastes terrible, but there are so many minerals and other, it is amazing. I MUST walk at least 1 mile a day, more like 2! Hug a teddy bear and allow your self a good nap. Most of all, pray without ceasing. DonnaView Thread
