I am new to this website. I am waiting to find out whether I might have early signs of lupus or RA. I had pneumonia in May and was hospitalized again for 8 days. My feet, wrists, hands, hip, shoulders and ankles have been giving me nothng but, pain since June. I never know from one day to the next which part of my body is going to hurt for the day. I can just be sitting and watching TV and my right wrist and hand begin to swell and become red with a pain level of more than 10. I had my blood and xrays done last week on my right foot and ankle, left knee and left shoulder. I am certain from everything I am reading on this site that I have RA. I am also being checked from lupus and hypothyroidism because my hair is really thinning out. Will post my results when I get them. I am sure it will take a while because all health services are suffering right now and everyone seems to be short staffed as well as doctor's dropping out of the medical field.View Thread

I am turning 60 this year and just went to my doctor last week due to the pain in my feet, ankles, hip, back, hands and wrist and shoulders. I had pneumonia in May and never have had the problems I am having with my feet. I was glad to find your post because I also had xrays done and blood taken to see if I have lupus or RA. Cannot wait to find out because I also have a a lot of fatigue but, I figured that is because I gained another 110 lbs. in the hospital after being on IV Steroids again. I will also purchase the Skechers tone-up shoes to see if that will help support my ankes and feet.View Thread
