I am following the same diet as you have written in your post and to some extent have benefited also. But i would also like to know, the best way to find out which foods our body does not accept.in other words, which foods our body is intolerant to ?
Definitely, avoiding gluten, dairy products ( cheese esp.), corn helps ! And taking ginger water ( raw ginger crushed in water and boiled) or dry ginger powder surely helps reducing inflammation and pain.
