yea, about your eco.... i don't know if feeling can be right or wrong, they are affected by every thing else going on in are life's.(i don't know if i have feelings) i think what is important is how we react to are feeling, (issue) and it sounds like you are doing that well. i will keep you in my thoughts and prayers, i hope you get news that lightens your load.View Thread
i have been gone for a while, my surgery went well. i am in less physical pain. not much else has change, i still get up every day and do what i am supposed to do, and go to bed hoping this was the last day of faking it. my family is doing well. i will be going back to work at the end of april. i hope you are all doing well. i am not sure why my screen name is i want to stop, i thought i was going by it is what it is. any way i am going to do some reading to catch up whit everyone.View Thread
good morning noon, i hope you got some sleep. i don't sleep well either, i have some unhealthy ways i can get sleep but we will skip over these, there is one way that is healthy that sometimes works for me, i bought a relaxation tape from Walmart. they have tons of different sounds, i like the rain forest one. i hope you have a better day and get some sleep.View Thread
