when my sister got engaged last nov. i started a new (serious) fitness program and was true to it until 2 month ago when my left knee started having somewhat serious issues. i am slowly getting back into it, however. what about u? are you doing anything for weightloss? hey, speaking of my sister's wedding, i need to write an update post to let everyone know how it went.
have a good dayView Thread

i would be right along with u.....except i would be more like, flop flap flop flapping in the breeze. yikes! not the pretty sight that i used to be . i used to be an athlete and really cut. i am working on though, i really am.
hope u are well.

(i do not know much about counseling and "homework", so-to-speak, that therapists have their clients do in order to really grab hold of a situation so they can understand it better in order to deal with it in the most constructive/strong way (ect.), but i hope the things you T has u doing help you. no matter what, i would encourage you to shoot for good communication between u both (u and ur t). in other words, let your t really know if certain assignments are particularly hard for u for any reason.
again, thanks for posting your thoughts and reaching out to us.
sincerely, SoCalView Thread

how are you doing now ? i just read a number of your posts from recent days. the ordeal with the crazy male neighbor banging on your door sounds really scary. do you ever call the police when that type of thing happens?
please, please stay safe. i hope the stepps program helps you elevate yourself to a better place.
HUGS to you tonight if that is alright.View Thread
