PHP is ready for me to graduate. **bites nails** They want me to graduate this coming week. I tried to convince the doctor to discharge me NEXT week, either the 26th or 28th. Thats a Tuesday or Thursday. Or, maybe Friday the 1st. I know I can't stay there forever, I just don't think I'm ready!! But Medicare is putting the squeeze on the program, telling them to discharge me. :-S
I need a shower, but I can't be arsed at the present time. Maybe I'll take a bath tomorrow. Bath or shower, all the same, just get the daily ick off.View Thread

I finally heard from him this afternoon. I was starting to get worried that either A) he was sick/injured/in-patient or
just dropped me like a hot potato and never intended to do anything but that.
I'm glad to have heard from him. I can relax a little now.View Thread

I'm still trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but not much. I'll just have to wait till he sends a letter I guess. We're sort of pen pals. We write letters to each other, his are usually very long, where as mine are fairly short.

Yeah, I knew somewhere in my heart he was probably just toying with me. He's on governmental income, Social Security. As am I. I know he's got the money for a new $35 hat every few weeks. He could put some towards getting his phone topped off and just call me and say he's not interested. Or use the neighbors' phone and say he's not that into me. Not hard. *sigh*

When I get the chance, I'm going to ask him whats going on? Why is treating me like a wart on his butt? Aauugghh!! Its really annoying. >_<View Thread

His dad worked for an airline, and he says he can get tickets on the cheap. All he'd have to pay for is handling and bagage fees. So I don't think its a money issue. Either he's got reservations (is nervous) or he's just not planning to come because he was/is just playing around with my heart. I hope its not the latter. That would suck majorly.
Right now, I'm just waiting for him to call. With his phone being out of comission, he has to go to the house across the street to use the neighbor's phone. And, being that the phone belongs to the neighbor, we can't talk as long as we want. The thing with his phone is a bit convenient. Ya know what I mean?
If I don't get a call in the next half hour or so, I'm going to call him and find out whats goin on. I hate being in limbo. He needs to call me and let me know whats up. Is he going to get his phone fixed? Is he coming out to see me? Or, is he just gonna be a "playah" and build up my heart before he crushes it? *sad sigh*View Thread

Kate~
I dunno why he can't/won't give me a ballpark time. I'm starting to think he's just leading me on. His cell phone *suddenly* was unusable, so we've been utilizing his neighbors' phone to communicate. And I can tell the neighbors are getting tired of it. I'm stuck waiting for him to get to the neighbor's house to call me. I'm starting to think he's just leading me on.
He said he'd like to come out here for his birthday in April. But I'm not sure what I'll be doing then. I know that right now, I have the time to pick him up at the airport/train station/bus station (whichever he chooses to take halfway across the country). I also know I can tell IOP my friend came over and I can get the "time off" from IOP to hang out.
I'm trying to get information without being a stalker-type person. And it seems like he doesn't want to come, period. So if I hear enough excuses, I'll leave him alone and quit asking, so he won't have to come. :-SView Thread

Hello
I'm still trying to find a time R can come in and visit. Its a real juggling act. I need to know at least a couple days in advance so I can get the time off from IOP.
And I plan to go out most of the time he's here, so I need time to plan how we'd get there, and what is it going to cost? I'd like to go to San Francisco, and he wants to see the infamous city of Berkeley. Depending on how long he's here, we may take a day to just chill out and watch movies all day in PJ's, I dunno yet.
I haven't had much time to organize my thoughts and plans, because I haven't got a concrete (or even ballpark) day from him, we he can come up. I'll only have a bed for him till mid-March, when my mum takes the full size bed home for HER guest room. If he doesn't come before mid-March then he'll have to sleep on a twin mattress on the floor! Maybe thats what he wants. *shrug* I dunno.View Thread

I've been in communication with R about coming out to visit. He is about to move into an apartment (tomorrow) with a buddy of his. I'm hoping he'll be able come sometime in February or March at the latest. I dunno what I'll be doing come April, so I'd really prefer him to come sooner rather than later, ya know what I mean?View Thread

I've been arranging with a male friend to come spend a few nights. A lot of people whom I've told are very apprehensive. They seem to think that, because hes In-Patient, he's dangerous. With that logic, I should never spend a night away from home, or even a day for that matter. If being IP is a reason to not go to a friend's house, where does that leave folks like us? *shakes head*View Thread
