often when you have depression the mornings are really dull and hard and it gets better as the day progresses.
I don't know when you wrote this I do hope you keep working toward the 3 better days. I know I have it too and I t really sucks. I have an incredible time of getting going in the morning so I just wait till later in the day to start work except for answering the phones in which i'm just not to all that

I took a self defense course 20 years ago. it was really tough physically on me, however, I was thin back then so that helped me take it on. It was also hard because I had to drive far away to another city and in that city I was very unsettled. the drive made me nervous. I was very afraid of all of this but I was trying to gain some perspective and get stronger. there are special classes for men and women who have had trauma. you might google model mugging.View Thread
Please Put E In A Safe Place and go outside with P and tell her you're going to play this game. Teach P how to deep breathe. Do this for at least 5 mins. It might help being able to slow things down. That's what I have to do when things start getting out of control. SLOOWWWWWWWWWWWWW things down.
When does hubby get home? Can you hang onto that and tell him you need 2 hours off tonight?? or even 1 hour just to yourself without any kids. You're way past overdue!
Yes you don't have to act on it. You have started doing new behaviors instead of old ones to cope with. That's what you need to hold onto.
