I know this question gets asked pretty often so I thought I would add this tip for anyone trying to post a pic that they have saved to their computer.
First you need to upload your picture to a picture hosting website. A couple of free hosting websites that I like to use are www.photobucket.com and www.tinypic.com.
Once your picture is uploaded to the hosting website, you are going to look for the "Image URL" which might also be called a "Direct link". Another way to find this is to right click on the image, select properties, and find the URL.
Next you need to copy the image URL.
Then come to WebMD. When starting a discussion or replying to a discussion, above where you enter the text you will see a tool bar *. One of the icons on the tool bar is the "Add Image" icon. Click on the icon and where it says "Enter image URL", you are going to paste the image URL.
You should then see the picture displayed in the text box.
note: if you are using a cell phone, the tool bar won't be present.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.View Thread
