My U/S isn't until the 29th, but I'm so excited and been wanting to do this forever!
In the first tri:
Pimples, which have now cleared up almost completely. (Didn't have acne at all prior pg, except when I was a teenager)
Extreme fatigue
Not so many cravings, but the cravings I had were for fatty, unhealty foods! Also a lot of food aversions that were favorites pre-pg.
I can't really complain about the nausea...only puked once- and seemed to be more at night sometimes.
In the 2nd tri so far:
Nails/Hair both nice
My belly and breast have peach fuzz growing!
Leg hair growth slowed down (seemingly)
feet always cold!
I would say I'm carrying "low" but not really sure, but I feel as if I'm only gaining in my tummy, but also I'm pretty active.
At the beginning of the 2nd tri an increase in heartburn but has died down to almost none
Heart beat was high 150s last visit (16wks) and at 12 weeks I think it was low 150s
Ok...I can't think of anything else though I'm sure I missed something, but let me all know what you think! Thanks Ladies

My hair is getting softer and curlier
My nails are not growing as fast or healthy like they did before I got pregnant.
I have the pregnancy mask
I crave all sweets
I have heartburn after drinking orange juice
No morning sickness
Baby's HB is 156 - 163 range
I also had a reading done by Cheri22 back in October of 09 and she said I would concieve, find out or deliver in March and that it was a boy. So far she has been wrong. I found out in January, I think I concieved at the very end of December or early January, and my due date is in September. So maybe she is wrong about the gender too. What do you ladies think?View Thread

I was wondering what everyone was packing for their 1-2 day stay after delivery. I've heard to pack some pajama pants, granny panties, and XL pads... I know it's a bit early, but it's something to think about

1. Loaded baked potatoes - you know the ones with barbeque chop beef, onion, bacon bits, cheese, butter, and sour cream.
2. French fries
I know too much starch but I can not help my self. I have to have one or the other once a week. I know I know I am soooo bad but it's soooo good. LOLView Thread
DF has said all along that I have to look at weight gain as the baby is healthy and I totally agree, but just a little concerned in that I don't want to gain more weight then is needed.
Im 16weeks today, this is my first pregancy and I have gained 5 pounds.
What do you ladies think? Are you happy with the weight or if this is your 2nd or subsequent pregnancy do you have any advice?
Thanks in advance

- Stretches and pre-natal yoga (At home)
- A little walking on the treadmill now that I have some more energy than first trimester!
- A lot of reading my pregnancy books
- Eating well and drinking lots of water
- Of course monthly doc's appointments
- Taking it easy and avoiding all the bad foods/ lifting heavy things
What is everyone else upto pregnancy-wise?
