Well I went Thursday and baby is a boy, was shy at first but did show himself at the very end.

There is a possible problem, the DR found a calcium spot on the baby's heart... I'm going to post this on the 2nd Tri board but thought I would start here because we are a smaller group.
Does anyone have any thoughts/heard about this/had any experiences?
I have to go for a level 2 U/S. The DR said not to be too worried-just precaucious.View Thread

Big U/S: This Thursday!!!
Super excited!I want a healthy baby, but I was leaning a little towards a boy because this is our first and I thought that a boy first is nice. DF wanted a girl at first and now wants a boy more, lol. The last month or so I started thinking this baby is a girl so we will see.View Thread

But congrats on the healthy, though shy, LO!View Thread
Well...looks like 'boy' is 3 votes, 'girl' 2...which is so funny because when I did one of those quizzes online, I get the similiar numbers...like 60% boy 40% girl lol!
We will see soon...can't wait!

My U/S isn't until the 29th, but I'm so excited and been wanting to do this forever!
In the first tri:
Pimples, which have now cleared up almost completely. (Didn't have acne at all prior pg, except when I was a teenager)
Extreme fatigue
Not so many cravings, but the cravings I had were for fatty, unhealty foods! Also a lot of food aversions that were favorites pre-pg.
I can't really complain about the nausea...only puked once- and seemed to be more at night sometimes.
In the 2nd tri so far:
Nails/Hair both nice
My belly and breast have peach fuzz growing!
Leg hair growth slowed down (seemingly)
feet always cold!
I would say I'm carrying "low" but not really sure, but I feel as if I'm only gaining in my tummy, but also I'm pretty active.
At the beginning of the 2nd tri an increase in heartburn but has died down to almost none
Heart beat was high 150s last visit (16wks) and at 12 weeks I think it was low 150s
Ok...I can't think of anything else though I'm sure I missed something, but let me all know what you think! Thanks Ladies

I can't wait for my U/S.View Thread

Some of my jeans still fit (lowrise) and I really have only gained weight in my tummy. I don't know how many sizes I would be up because I have only bought maternity clothes (which you don't go up in size because they accommodate for your growin belly). I just don't want to spend money on bigger regular clothes! lolView Thread
