I know because i have done this MYSELF!!! I have tried many things, but in the end I have tried so hard to do it my self and to give complete and totally honest advice. Serious advice! You need to make sure that you begin to change your culture by adding extra things in your day. On your calendar. Sex is an important thing for a man, it clears his head, helps him to focus again because of the high it leaves in your body for sometimes a long, but usually short time depending on your age. So! Get busy doing something constantly. Always be doing something and then get sleeping pills so that when it is time to sleep, you sleep, get up and continue to stay busy, check off list work. Medication works very well. Ambian is a great drug, you take it on an empty stomack and then you in 15-30 minutes be sure to close your eyes and it will help you to get an even better sleep at times because of the REM that in increases. Do not stay awake on this drug or try. It is for sleep. But explain all this to your doctor. He will help you. They help. They really do. I promise you this is attainable. But your culture may have to change slightly, just as you're trying to find something to fill in the gap, to detract you from that libido, we need to all mix in other things we should or could do each day to keep busy to fill in that gab to help detract from the drive to drive her up that wall. Just don't work out 4 hours before you go to sleep, it will increase testosterone and adrenaline and you can't sleep with out that Ambian. You and me brother...we can do this. Homeostasis!View Thread
