Hello, I just wanted to know how you have been coping since we last spoke two years ago? I don't think I've improved to be honest. Hope you are well though.

I am having a great time having a hard time not to mention my friend mentioned in passsing that some horrible things that happen to you well the feeling never goes away......so much for looking forward to a better me. Honestly all I can say is you have good days and you have bad days and you have 1/2 good and 1/2 bad days and sometimes you feel like you had no day at all coz u feel like a zombie wishing away time. The thing is i am not a quitter and that's what keeps me going because i can assure you each day since I found out I wake up and ask myself why me but then you just have to shove that thought into the back of your head and get on with it.After all if I am going to go crazy what better way than to do it trying to not go crazy. This probably didn't make sense but hopefully you got the jist of it. I guess what I am trying to say is you and I might be down for now and the months to come but eventually we will find a way to get past the hurdle. In the meantime lets go crazy trying to find it!

Yeah, I am trying. No my parents don't know they would actually kill me if they did so they won't know for a very long long time.
Wow what a coincidence. Funny the store here called 'Boots' actually has discounted prices on some of the vitamins as well. I am going to try and read this Friday so I can decide what I will and won't buy.
Thanks for the vitamin C and B complex advice.
