im only 17 and found out i have it two months ago. i no how you feel i didnt no how to tell my bf and was scared to tell him. but i just went and told him. figure id it was the right thing to do is to tell the person your with you have it, i was scared he would leave me or call me wrong names or things like that. he was upset and got check too and unfortantly he has it. but he hasnt left my side or treat me less of a person i am.
the best way to tell your gf is tell her ya know you got tested and came up postive and for her to get checked.
easyest way i could do it.
but if you keep educating yourself on herpes,
and talking to other people on here who have it too. its actually nice to no your not the only one and that its not the end of the world. i wish you the best of luck& i hope everything goes well you and your gf.

hes an amazing guy who understood the situation and how and who i got it from. but his view on having sex is "we both have it,what else will go wrong now" when we dont use a condom. am i taking a risk not using a condom and having sex even though both of us have it? we both take acyclovir daily 2x.View Thread
